The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience in criminal and/or civil litigation, stellar academic credentials, and an ability to work independently and as a member of a team that regularly collaborates to produce the best results for each client.
The associate will have the opportunity to jump into federal and state criminal defense, white collar investigations, and sophisticated civil litigation; thus, the ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and strong research and writing abilities. A true commitment to represent people accused of a wide range of serious crimes—without reservation, without judgment, and with enthusiasm—is a must.
Margulis Gelfand is a litigation boutique based in Clayton, Missouri, and has a national practice with litigation in federal courts throughout the United States.
